Sonnymoon's new LP is not too far off now. With the promise shown on their 2011 debut 'Golden Age', heads are expecting good things.

As a tater before the main event, Sonnymoon have dropped a remix of Fly-Lo's 'Zodiac Shit' from his stellar 'Cosmogramma' LP.

Thom Yorke the DJ x Low End Theory L.A.

So Thom Yorke of Radiohead does DJ sets now eh?!

Hell, I'd pay to see that! Radiohead are a fine, fine, fine band and Thom is the heart.

He has always made it clear his love of hip-hop and electronic music, so I was keen to check out this vid of him dropping bombs at L.A.'s Low end Theory night.

Check Fly Lo and Gaslamp Killer going bananas as Thom drops some Burial and Madvillain.

His DJ formula: No need for mixes, just play heaters, be a musical legend and watch people's faces melt.

Simple...

While I'm here I may as well post a Radiohead stormer.

Here is a shining example of how to put the letters E.P.I.C into three and half minutes (a very hard thing to do).

The word "Incredible" was invented for this song.

Bilal - 'Levels' EP

Highly sweet EP from Bilal coming off the back of his solid 'Airtight's Revenge' LP from late 2010.

When you see a remix roster of Flying Lotus and Sonnymoon, plus the fact the original version is produced by Shafiq Husayn of Sa-Ra Creative Partners; like Fresh-Up it's gotta be good for ya.

The video for the track also doubles as the directorial debut for the one-and-only Steve Ellison a.k.a Flying Lotus!

Head HERE for a little more info on the background from Fly-Lo himself.

Check the audio at i-Tunes and the lush vid below.

Brian Eno - 'Small Craft On A Milk Sea'

Safe to say that I am reasonably excited about this record.

It is also very significant in that it is being released by respected UK electronic label Warp Records (on their Bleep imprint), label home to the likes of Flying Lotus, Aphex Twin and dup-step auteur Rustie.

Brian Eno makes killer music, and his record with former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, 'Everything That Happens Will Happen Today' from 2008 is in my top 20 albums of the last decade.

Here is the first official leak from his forthcoming album 'Small Craft On A Milk Sea'; '2 Forms of Anger'.

Brian Eno - 2 Forms Of Anger (taken from Small Craft On A Milk Sea) by Warp Records

Well known for his spacious drum echos, lilting acoustic and ambient musical wanderings, this new track flips the script by dishing out a number that begins very Eno-esque but morphs into a rollicking three-minute electric-guitar and tom drum-driven thrash.

To me it sounds like Sonic Youth in a hurry.

Nonetheless, it excites me. A clever teaser!

Check out a few early images below of the beautiful packaging and have a read here at Brian Eno's website for more info.
